Le Coin Awarded a Medal at Paris City Hall

Paris célèbre ses bistrots 30 janvier 2019

Le Coin and Other Paris Bistros Celebrated at Paris Town Hall

We are happy and proud that the Mayor of Paris, Anne Hidalgo, and her City Hall team have selected restaurant Le Coin among the 104 bistrots that were awarded the vermeil medal of the City of Paris this Wednesday, January 30, 2019. This is a truly prestigious award for any Parisian bistro owner and this honor is particularly important to us as it is a recognition of our daily work for a good French bistro cuisine.
Paris bistros are famous throughout the world: they are part of the emblematic and popular character of our capital. True national heritage, Parisian bistros are also the subject of an application to be registered as an intangible heritage of UNESCO. They participate in this French way of life to which we are so attached.
Check out in our video gallery the video featuring the ceremony in which the vermeil medal is awarded to Le Coin and to other Parisian bistros by Anne Hidalgo, mayor of Paris. You can also look at the photos of the bistros celebration in Paris Town Hall.
